Straight answers

What to know before you take the next step.

Not sure where you fit? Start here, then talk with a Northline representative who knows the trade and the region.

Still have a question? We will connect you with a real person—not a phone maze.

No. Northline's apprenticeship is designed to teach the trade from the ground up. Reliability, comfort working outdoors, and a commitment to safety matter most at the start.

Apprentices are employed by participating contractors, earn wages during on-the-job training, and attend scheduled classroom instruction. Pay increases as skills and required hours are completed.

Training covers the region's most common commercial and residential systems, including single-ply membranes, built-up roofing, shingles, waterproofing, and architectural sheet metal.

Start with a workforce conversation. We will learn about your markets, staffing needs, and growth goals, then outline signatory requirements and the support available to your team.
